Saturday, July 22, 2017 – Checkup and Recap

After completing your 48-hour assignment how did you do? Was value added to everyone involved in the relationship? Did you get an opportunity to celebrate and demonstrate an “Attitude of Gratitude” over the past 72 hours? Did you think about the void, if any, that would be felt if the relationship was relinquished? Finally, were you able to meditate on the above to see if immediate action is needed in regards to strengthening the relationship?

We will continue our journey over the course of the next week analyzing/reevaluating and searching our hearts to see if the relation-“ships” we have established with family, friends, colleagues, acquaintances, and romantic interests are healthy and enriching for all involved.

We will explore the various anchors that uphold the relationships, including degrees of entitlement, and emotional bullying.

Entitlement: To furnish with a right or claim to something.

Bullying: A person who is habitually cruel or overbearing, especially to smaller or weaker people.

Let us avoid being ship-“WRECKED”, and/or wrecking someone else’s ship.
